Mak Mak lamb


The awesome taste of dijon mustard blends well with chopped garlic together with our secret blend of "mak mak" herbs and spices. The inclusion of parsley will aid in masking the gamey aftertaste of the lamb. Yet, Chopchopkalipok does not "over marinate" our lamb products so that you can savor the true goodness of the meat. Chopchopkalipok advises customers to sear the lamb cutlets with high heat to retain its tender texture and juicy taste.



This marinade is also available in lamb shoulders and lamb cutlets.
