1. If I stay within the vicinity of Pasir Ris Park, East Coast Park and Changi Park, will I still be charged for the S$15/- delivery fee?
Our products will be delivered to you free as long as the minimum order made is above 5 packs. However, the delivery time will be subjected to the schedule that is most suitable to us. Please refer to "7. Delivery Terms and Conditions" for more details.
2. How do I make payment and deposit?
A 50% deposit of total amount charges through POSB/UOB bank transfer is required to process your order. A bank transfer reference code will be sent to you via email once your order has been taken by our sales person via phone. The remaining charges have to be paid in cash upon delivery. Please refer to "6. How to Order" for banks' account information.
3. How do I know if my order is confirmed and that my deposit has been sent over?
Your order will only be confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit through bank transfer. A confirmation email consists of your order details, total amount charges and 50% deposit received will be sent to you.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
No. Orders cannot be changed or canceled after confirmation. 50% deposit made will be forfeited.
5. Can I buy your products without the 3 days advance notice?
To ensure our customer the product's quality and its freshness, we only produce or prepare to order. With much regret, we may not have excess stock to sell. However, you may still want to give us a call at 97507019 to inquire if we can increase our production at moment's notice. We DO require you to place a 50% deposit before any orders are work upon. Please see "6. how to order".
6. Why is it stated in your product blog that per 1 kg pack consists of 9 pieces of wings and yet when I open up the pack, I discover that there are 10 pieces or at times 8 pieces?
We ordered all our meat and raw materials in weight and not based on "sizes". Therefore, it is only appropriate for us to sell in weight. We give an approximate figure in pieces so as to facilitate our customers in deciding how much to order from us for their needs. We do not want our customers to spend extra monies unnecessarily by ordering too much for their parties. Rest assured that we do not short change our customers.
7. Do you freeze your bbq packs and deliver to us frozen?
No, we do not freeze our products unless you dictate otherwise. Our items are delivered to you chilled. The reason why we do not have excess stocks to sell at moment's notice is because we take special care in preparing only to order to ensure freshness and quality. To freeze back our products will be akin to taking 3 steps backward after moving 1 steps forward.
8. Do you also sell otah, charcoal, margarine, brushes, tongs, paper plates etc?
No. We only sell what we can produce. Do you prefer us selling you an "otah" or something that we do not make by ourselves but purchase from another otah supplier and charge you more? We do not think so...
